Q: How big are the paper maps?

The sizes differ based on each map so please refer to the product detail page under 'Material & Size' to check the size for the map you're interested in!
Q: How big is the canvas?
A:
It's 146 x 86 cm (57.5" x 34") - huge!
Q: How big are the towels?
A:
They're 180 x 95cm (71" x 37") - even huger! Microfibre & eco-friendly.
Q: How big are the foldable maps?
A:
The map size is 97,5 x 56 cm (38" x 22"), but it packs down super small - into an envelope with the dimensions 20 x 14 cm (8” x 5.5”).
Q: Does the canvas come framed?
A:
No, it comes rolled in a tube. But you can buy a canvas frame here. You'll get everything you need to get a beautifully framed canvas, including a detailed guide! All you need is a stapler and good energy! Check out the canvas frame here.
Q: Do you know where I can get a frame for my paper map?
A:
You can get our sustainable oak hanging frames here. Made in the heart of Berlin, they work like a clamp to perfectly frame your paper map. Check out the frames here.
Q: Can I see an enlarged version of the map?
A:
The image with the little magnifying glass in the gallery of every product gives you a zoomed version of the map. Please note that in order to save your precious data and for the page to load quickly, this is a lower resolution file than what the final product looks like. But it’s clear enough for you to look up your favorite part of the world and its representation on the map!

Q: How do I assemble the canvas frame?

You should've received an email with your canvas frame manual. If you didn't get it, you can download it here.
SHIPPING / TRACKING / RETURN
Q: Where do you ship?
A:
Absolutely 100% worldwide and the free shipping is just that - free :)
Q: How much does shipping cost?
A:
Basic airmail shipping is free. For Premium and Express shipping, you can see prices adjusted based on where you want the map shipped.
Q: Can I have the map shipped to a different address?
A:
Yes, you can choose a shipping address during checkout. We don’t add any receipts to the tube. We send the receipt via email to the buyer’s email address.
Q: Where can I find my tracking ID?
A:
If you opted for the free shipping, there is no tracking. If you paid extra for Premium or Express, you'll receive a tracking ID with your order confirmation and you also get emails directly from DHL. Please check your spam folder just in case. If you cannot find anything, please contact us.
Q: How long does my order take to get here?
A:
We ship from Berlin, Germany and shipping times depend on where you are in the world. We offer three different shipping methods (airmail standard, airmail premium, express) and you can see the shipping times during checkout adjusted for where you want your products shipped.

PAYMENT / SAFETY
Q: Can I pay in Euro or another currency?
A:
Sorry, you can only pay in USD. But don't worry, if your credit card or bank account is in a different currency, the conversion will be done by your bank/credit card and normally doesn’t cost more than a few % of the order value. You can see how much the prices are in your currency here (it’s preset to 39 USD converted into EUR).
Q: What are available payment methods?

Q: Can I customize my map or add a personalized gift note?

You can't add a gift not, but you can customize any of our canvas maps on request and add an illustration of your choice. Find out more info here.
